Answer: Because the level that you connect on is indescribable. You learn to love that person for who they are, not what they look like. You learn that trust outweighs sex. You learn that communication like hearing their voice every night means more than kissing them. You learn that love is emotional and mental, not physical. The little things get more attention on them, and since those are the most important things overall, thats what makes that kind of relationship so special.
